SIT - Smart Interface Technologies. What is it?

 

    We'd like this to be something like "smart missile", but in terms of interfaces. In other words, that is a thinking interface.

 

    But it's in the future. It's when the possibility of voice communication with a computer appears. The interface will be required then to possess the artificial intellect. And we are carrying on the appropriate developments.

 

    As for now, SIT is not a thinking interface for us, but a well thought-out one, an interface taking into consideration customer's perception and the needs of a future owner of our software tool. This initial level of SIT may be regarded as the next step, rather even a small step beyond the notion of "friendly", beyond the notion of interface that is friendly to its owner.

 

    To make our words about smartness and thought-out of the interface to be more than just a promotional noise, the theory of perceiving the interface as a virtual tool was elaborated in the "Homeworld Road" Scientific and Research Institute of Market Programming. On the basis of this theory the psychotechnics - interface testers are being trained now (in abbreviated form - psyters). With their help the company software is being tuned up.
